Teach your drivers about good driving behavior and why it’s essential. Show them and the supervisors/managers the math multiplied over the number of vehicles. Drive change through reporting and create an incentive for outstanding performance. Develop a program that utilizes driver scorecards to make it a fun and healthy competition. Also, check on your fuel rebate credits. Make sure they are calculated according to the contract.
